About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Analysis Specialist to drive financial accuracy, strategic insights, and project success. This role is central to ensuring profitability, efficiency, and compliance across a range of exciting projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in a project-based finance role. Proficiency in Excel and financial software like Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Great Plains is essential.

The estimated salary for this position is between $70,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with project teams to track costs, set budgets, and develop forecasts.
  • Dive into financial data to drive insights that enhance project efficiency.
  • Partner with Project Managers on cost estimates, change orders, and strategic planning.
  • Lead monthly financial reporting, budget management, and KPI analysis.
  • Ensure financial records meet GAAP standards and corporate objectives.
  • Develop best practices for reporting and ERP processes across project sites.
  • Provide guidance in procurement and contract negotiations.
  • Identify risks, optimize cost structures, and lead project billing and accounts receivable efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a project-based finance role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial software like Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Great Plains.
