Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to read drawings and schematics, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook is mandatory. Lighting/Electrical knowledge is highly rated

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects
- Review and interpret drawings, schematics, and other project documents
- Collaborate with project manager/Suppliers/Team to develop project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Track project progress and update project documentation as needed
- Assist in the preparation of project estimates / Take-Offs of drawings
- Assist in the resolution of any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including change orders, RFIs, and submittals

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in RCP/Drawings reading and interpretation
- Lighting / Electrical knowledge will be highly regarded
- Familiarity with project management principles and techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $40,200.12-$66,015.20 per year
