Education Assistance Program
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Finding new business by building rapport with prospects, effectively qualifying the leads, and creating new clients.
- Building and Maintaining Relationships with Key Accounts to enhance long-term business prospects.
- Clearly and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy to customers
- Work with factory reps to gain product knowledge and additional sales
- Participate in organizing, promoting, and taking part in trade shows
- Seek out continuous professional development and growth to ensure you are staying on top of industry trends.
- Conduct sales follow up; establish and maintain good customer relations
- Assist customers with heavy-duty parts questions and needs
- Contribute to a high-performance team environment through personal actions, exceeding monthly targets, and a commitment to corporate values
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude and show professionalism in conduct and appearance at all times
- Keep management informed of the competition and share all “best practices” with the rest of the team
- Work their assigned Saturdays
- Help out with counter sales and deliveries when required
- Be available for a once a year inventory
- Adhere to Fleet Brake’s published policies and procedures at all times
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor not far outside my expertise and training
- **Qualifications**:_
- Knowledge and experience in Heavy Duty Parts
- 1-3 years in a role related to sales
- Proficiency with technology (e.g., the MS Office suite and knowledge of Karmak our inventory management systems)
- Possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage and maintain profitable margins;
- Valid Driver's License
- Highly driven to reach and surpass personal & territory sales goals
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn technical product information
- Some travel for business is required
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to deal with customer base and co-workers
- Good presentation skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$132,421.67 per year
