Who we need:
What you will do:
- Teach and mentor students in a variety of face-to-face and online courses.
- Foster student success through a commitment to a superior student experience.
- Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Associate Dean of Business.
- Participate in faculty
- and student-related committees and meetings.
- Contribute to developing and reviewing academic programs at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Engage in scholarly activities (Theory Application/Integration, Learning & Teaching) and intellectual events (conferences, colloquiums, etc.).
What you bring:
- Master’s degree in a business-related discipline (Strategy, HR, Economics, Sales, IT Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations Management, etc.). A doctoral degree (PhD, DBA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience at the post-secondary level; clear evidence of superior teaching and mentorship skills.
- Industry experience and interdisciplinary expertise.
- Ability to learn and use various teaching technologies and experiential learning practices.
- Advanced fluency in spoken and written English.
- High levels of confidence, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and patience.
- Student centricity, real-world learning, best teaching practices, pedagogical innovation, and a lifelong love of learning.
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and professionalism.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion principles.
