**About us**:
Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.

**Position Overview**:
**Full-time and Part-time positions are available**
**Shifts will include but are not limited to**:
Overnight: (12 AM - 8 AM, Saturday through Wednesday)
Daytime: (8 AM - 4 PM, Saturday to Monday)
Weekend evening: (4 PM - 8 AM, Saturday and Sunday)

We require reliability, dependability, and punctuality for these shifts. Flexibility for emergency coverage is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and analyze gaming tables, cash handling areas, and EGD machine operations through our video surveillance technology to detect any irregular activities or deviations from standard operational procedures.
- Ensuring written incident reports are comprehensive, clear, and precise. Spelling, grammar, and punctuation are essential in this position.
- Written incident reports will adhere to the surveillance department standards, serving as reliable documentation for internal review and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal control procedures, promptly reporting any discrepancies or suspicious activities to the appropriate management.
- Collaborate with gaming floor staff and management to prevent and detect attempts at theft, cheating, or other unlawful activities.
- Conduct video reviews and investigations of specific incidents, providing accurate and detailed reports for use in potential legal or disciplinary actions.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of games, payoffs, odds, strategies, and cheating methods to monitor and evaluate gaming activities effectively.
- Work closely with law enforcement and regulatory agencies as required, providing evidence and supporting investigations related to gaming activities.
- Ensure the proper functioning of surveillance equipment, reporting any malfunctions to the technical team for immediate resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in surveillance, preferably within a gaming environment.
- Familiarity with gaming operations, gaming regulations, and common cheating methods.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make quick and informed decisions.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in surveillance systems and related technologies.
- Excellent observational skills, with the ability to monitor multiple areas simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for compiling reports and coordinating with team members and external agencies.

En tant qu'Opérateur de surveillance, vous serez responsable de surveiller notre système de vidéosurveillance, de détecter d'éventuels problèmes de responsabilité, d'activités illégales et de garantir le bien-être général de nos clients et de notre personnel.

**Horaire**:
**Minuit à 8h - lundi, mardi, mercredi, samedi et dimanche**

Nous exigeons fiabilité et ponctualité pour ces quarts de travail. La flexibilité pour une couverture d'urgence est un atout.

**Responsabilités**:

- Responsable de la surveillance attentive de notre système de vidéosurveillance et de la détection des problèmes potentiels de responsabilité, des activités illégales et de l'aide au maintien de la sécurité générale des clients et du personnel
- Responsable de surveiller les images de sécurité en temps réel dans un vaste et dynamique environnement
- Revoir les enregistrements antérieurs, au besoin
- Collaborer étroitement avec différents départements pour véhiculer l’information efficacement pour résoudre des écarts concernant les invités ou membres de l’équipe
- Mener des enquêtes en cas d’objets perdus ou volés tout en assurant la surveillance du périmètre et de l’intérieur des bâtiments
- Générer des rapports détaillés et des registres quotidiens comportant toutes l
