**About the Opportunity**:
**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Grade XII plus graduation from a recognized one year secretarial or office administration course
- One year of related clerical/secretarial experience required
- Medical terminology required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs particularly Word, Excel and Outlook calendar
- Previous healthcare experience an asset
- Experience scheduling meeting rooms, setting up AV equipment, typing, answering telephones and prioritizing tasks appropriately
- Ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, comfortable interacting with health professionals, community members and patients
- Experience in meeting/event coordination
- Comfortable with Microsoft Skype for Business, Telehealth and other distance technologies
- Competencies in other languages an asset; French preferred

**Hours**:

- Permanent Part-time (80%) Position; 56 hours bi-weekly

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$20.25 - $22.50 Hourly
