Client Management and Business Development

Venture Sourcing Group is a technology hardware reseller with a strong presence in both Canada and the United States. We specialize in providing cutting-edge technology solutions to a diverse client base. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Management and Business Development with a driven talent who wants to help us grow a success business.
Your objective will be to retain and grow the business with our existing clients and add new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- **CLIENT ACCOUNT SERVICING**
- Be a trusted partner to our clients, delivering product and service solutions to meet their goals.
- Maintain current client roster through delivery of high level of service.
- Provide day-to-day client and account support and troubleshoot client issues.
- Communicate and deal with client service issues on a timely basis
- Implement effective client follow-up and constant contact program.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction
- **CLIENT QUOTING & ORDER FULFILLMENT**
- Undertake product and pricing research and prepare product proposals.
- Work with our products and suppliers to configure and build client solutions, including sourcing products and pricing.
- Process customer orders for your assigned accounts
- **SALES AND NEW ACCOUNT ACQUISTION**
- Develop and refine strategies for identifying and securing new accounts.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, working towards identifying and attracting new potential clients by engaging in ongoing and consistent value-added communication, providing relevant and value-added information/content.
- Grow sales within existing client base.
- Manage sales funnel from initial quoting to order fulfilment
Key Qualities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Business savvy, self-starter, responsible and who is punctual and reliable.
- Have a natural inclination towards developing business relationships
**What We Offer**: Venture offers an opportunity to be part of a growing business, collaborating with colleagues in growing our sales in both Canada and the U.S.A. This is a full-time, **in office position, **at Venture’s head office located in Mississauga.
**The compensation for the position will be based on your experience and will fall within the range of $60,000 to $65,000 per annum, a bonus structure will also be discussed based on verifiable metrics.**
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
