Meet and greet walk in clientele

Maintain and order office and yard supplies

Prepare work orders & changes

Maintain client files

Effectively communicate to other employees/segments of our team

Help maintain social media accounts

**Other**

This position requires close to full time hours from the beginning of our season (April) until the middle of July, tapering off after that point to part time.. From July to October/November hours may be flexible provided all work is completed efficiently and in a timely manner. This position is seasonal as we shut down over the winter months - but the successful applicant would be expected to return the following season.

Should you be looking for less hours or a retired or semi-retired bookkeeper looking for part time work, it is possible that the position be tailored to your availability with reduced duties to fit.

Should the desire to work outside and help in the field exist, additional and/or flexible hours in the above position may be available and would be considered an asset to the company.

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$24.00 per hour
