**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients
- Manage dental office administrative tasks
- Utilizing Tarcker dental software
- Answer and direct phone calls using professional phone systems
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a dental office setting is a must
- Knowledge of dental terminology is essential
- Proficiency in Tracker or similar electronic medical records systems
- Familiarity with Tracker software is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic dental clinic, utilizing your coordination skills to support the smooth operation of our office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
