Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at 7563168 Manitoba Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, answer phone calls, and relay messages to staff members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain records, and order office supplies as needed.
  • Communication: Provide directory assistance, relay service to persons with disabilities, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and other office software.
  • Availability: Available for shift or on-call work.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and must be able to communicate effectively in English.
