**Key Accountability**:
- Is aware of individual targets and actively works to meet or exceed these by using all of the resources available.
- Meets or exceeds customer expectations and boosts sales and Brand experience by using appropriate elements.
- Completes all required training programs and effectively transfers learning into skills on the job.
- Efficiently and accurately handles all sales transactions
- Maintain a high standard of a sales presentation in accordance with SKYE Footwear merchandising guidelines.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Minimum Required:
- B2B sales experience in footwear
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Computer literate with MS Office
Preferred:
- Previous retail experience in a high service-oriented environment
- Footwear experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Freelance
**Salary**: $50,953.00-$123,686.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
