Groupe Marcelle est présentement à la recherche d’un-e Analyste, Insight Marketing - Innovation pour un poste permanent temps plein.

Se rapportant au Chef Principal, Intelligence Marché & Consommateurs
- Innovation, l’Analyste, Insight Marketing - Innovation soutiendra toutes les différentes initiatives de recherche visant à comprendre nos consommateur-rice-s.

CE QUE VOUS ALLEZ FAIRE
- Concevoir des programmes de recherche, en utilisant les méthodologies quantitatives et/ou qualitatives les plus appropriées, afin d'identifier les opportunités commerciales et de répondre aux besoins commerciaux des marques et des produits de GMI;
- Comprendre en profondeur la/le consommateur-rice cible afin de renforcer la relation avec nos marques;
- Conduire, analyser et présenter les principales conclusions/compréhensions de la recherche primaire à l'aide d'outils quantitatifs sous licence;
- Conduire, analyser et présenter les principales conclusions/compréhensions de la recherche secondaire à l'aide d'outils quantitatifs sous licence;
- Accélérer l'innovation en soutenant des projets stratégiques, en développant des concepts et en menant des recherches primaires approfondies;
- Synthétiser les dernières tendances pertinentes à partir de ressources secondaires afin d'identifier les sources les plus convaincantes de l'évolution des comportements d'achat des consommateur-rice-s;
- Partager régulièrement ses connaissances avec l'ensemble de l'équipe d'innovation et de marketing.

NOUS AIMERIONS VOUS RENCONTRER SI VOUS AVEZ
- Baccalauréat marketing, sociologie, psychologie ou tout autre domaine connexe;
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction Insights dans un environnement B2C;
- Expérience de l'extraction d'informations clés et de leur traduction en recommandations réalisables;
- Connaissance des méthodes d'études de marché quantitatives et qualitatives;
- Expérience dans le secteur de la beauté (un atout);
- Expérience avec SPSS (un atout);
- Solides compétences en Excel et PowerPoint;
- Connaissance de Microsoft Office.

ET SI VOUS ÊTES
- Bilingue, anglais et français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, car le titulaire du poste devra effectuer des recherches et lire des documents dans les deux langues.
- Excellent-e en matière de communication orale et écrite et en présentation;
- Capable de synthétiser des informations provenant de sources de données multiples, parfois incomplètes, et d'identifier un récit cohérent;
- Positif-ve, curieux-se, créatif-ve et innovant-e, capable de dynamiser et d'influencer.
