The **Sales Analyst** will support the sales team. He (she) will process various data in order to complement and guide their actions. Sales analysis will be based on the use of various internal tools such as SIA and Common Sense.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between customers, internal collaborators and vendors;
- Ensures pricing integrity and overall product pricing and reflects current margins in accordance with company guidelines;
- Manage data management systems for Banners;
- Responsible for the management and data entry of source documents on the various banner platforms for retail customers such as: Change in price, quantity, addition or deletion of products, launch of new product line and more ;
- Propose and standardize suggested retail prices in relation to Canadian prices and review proposals with the account manager;
- Ensure the accuracy of EDI and other orders: (Price, quantity and listed product);
- Follow up with customers regarding pricing errors;
- Analyze and interpret sales data according to customers in order to optimize existing programs and ensure that the profitability of our product lines is improved;
- Propose listings and delistings and work on planograms;
- Perform all other related tasks directly related to his function.
- Create comparative reports based on sales for the previous year, sales projections and actual sales;.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, statistics or a related discipline;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail position;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Good understanding of inventory management;
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written);
- Attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Structured and sense of organization;
- Respect of deadlines;
- Sense of urgency.
- Identify the various contract issues and find effective and strategic solutions to achieve the objectives;
**Hours and work conditions**:

- Monday to Friday, 37.5h / week
- Employee profit sharing program
