Homelife Metropark Realty is looking for a full time Account Administrator with real estate experience for their Vaughan, ON office. The position is multifaceted and works closely with the Accounting Department and Deal Processing Department.

**About the Opportunity**
- Responsible for reviewing and processing real estate transactions and agreements (generating trade record sheets, prepare billings, pay out deals and Fintrac Audit Reports)
- Perform accounts payable and receivable duties
- Complete bank reconciliations and month-end closing duties
- Handle a wide range of administrative tasks as needed

**Skills and Competencies**
- 3+ years of relevant working experience as an Account Administrator, Bookkeeper or Office Administrator
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous experience with Lonewolf software is a strong asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
