We are looking for a passionate and committed** Customer Service Representative** to join our team at our Abbotsford East collision center. At Fix Auto, we are committed to delivering the highest degree of customer satisfaction through superior workmanship and service. As our customer service representative, you will be the face of our company and play a critical role in our customer satisfaction.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The starting wage for this position is $20 per hour. Depending on experience there is the ability to earn more.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience within the collision industry or another relatable industry is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clear.
- A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different personalities.
- Excellent organizational skills to be able to maintain and manage our courtesy vehicle fleet.
- A valid Driver’s license.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete booking for estimates and vehicle repairs.
- Work closely with estimators and production managers to ensure repair orders are correct and submitted to Insurance companies for payment.
- Effectively manage front office operations and provide support to various departments in the collision center.
- Other duties as assigned.
