**Responsibilities**:

- Foster respect for people and humility through mentoring and coaching through the site’s Lean journey
- Work closely with the Lean Coach to sustain a Lean culture in different projects with Lean Vision and Strategy
- Responsible for the writing of procedures that document changes resulting from lean initiatives to ensure effective implementation and sustaining efforts
- Align with the local Lean rewards & recognition program
- Partnering with teams and leaders to establish an atmosphere of trust, analyze current processes, identify obstacles, and design strategies to improve ways of working.
- Facilitating Lean workshops, delivering foundational training, and supporting onboarding of new operational team members.
- Driving cultural change by championing a Lean mindset, empirical-based decision making, and continuous improvement.
- Contributing to the design and creation of our Lean best practices, including the co-creation and maintenance of learning and development materials, tools and templates.

What We Are Looking For
- Relevant combination of education and experience, Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- 1+ years of experience coaching, training and/or mentoring others through Lean practices
- Experience in the construction industry an asset
- Critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions, and proactively propose solutions
- Self-starter with strong communication skills and an ability to build/maintain connections across the company. You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues
- Thrives in a team environment where no one day looks the same.
- Comfortable problem-solving in a highly collaborative setting
