**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the service and parts departments, including staff supervision, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize departmental efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness in service and parts delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall organizational performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to ensure the service and parts departments remain competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive service or parts industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and achieve business goals.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
