Reporting to the Director of Human Capital, you will be responsible for supporting requests related to the benefits program, compensation, HRIS and continuous process improvement. You will act as an analyst within the team and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Benefits, HRIS and Compensation Analyst works closely with the Talent & Culture and Payroll teams to directly contribute to the deployment of best work practices and efficiencies within our Human Resources organization. This position is responsible for supporting the teams in the implementation of benefits, compensation, HRIS management and payroll processing strategies as follows:
**Benefits**:

- Responds to benefits related questions raised by staff members;
- Acts as the first point of contact with insurance and pension organizations;
- Processes group insurance plan enrollments, changes and withdrawals to ensure accuracy of records and verification of monthly billing;
- Analyzes and recommends changes to ensure that the pension plan complies with legislation and maintains business relations with Retraite Québec;
- Completes forms related to the pension plan (RREGOP, retirement, etc.)
- Writes letters, confirmations, documents and follows up on various requests;
- Makes payment requests to the various insurance and retirement plans.

**HRIS**:

- Ensures consistency, confidentiality and compliance of data in a timely manner;
- Ensures compliance with corporate policies, internal control standards (audit), verification and reporting, and regulatory requirements;
- Ensures data integrity is maintained and manages analyses related to total compensation management;
- Evaluates system functionality, identifies ways to integrate new human resources procedures or activities while taking into account constraints and available configurations;
- Ensures the optimization of the use of the HRIS and the deployment of updates.

**Compensation/Payroll**:

- Supports the obligations and projects related to pay equity;
- Monitors changes and developments in legislation related to work, salaries and benefits (Labour Standards Act, Pension Plan Acts, Income Tax Act, etc.) and industry practices in compensation and benefits;
- Makes recommendations to Talent & Culture partners regarding the handling of problematic or specific situations;
- Ensures data integrity is maintained and manages analyses related to compensation management;
- Performs all other related duties as requested by the Director of Human Resources.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Administration;
- At least 3-5 years of experience in human resources management, benefits program administration, HRIS, compensation and/or payroll.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Have a sense of priority and solid experience in managing several projects and files simultaneously;
- Ability to synthesize information and demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrate autonomy and initiative;
- Have a positive, participative and respectful approach to individuals;
- Have a strong customer orientation;
- Have a thorough knowledge of the various Microsoft Office software (advanced Excel);
- Knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce is an asset;
- Fluency in French and English.
