Seeking position: Inside Sales Representative / Bilingual
Northern Saunas is seeking a full time Sales Representative Agent to join its growing team. The person hired will be bilingual, result driven, pro-active curious, quick-witted, adaptable, eloquent with great listening skills.
We offer a base salary ranging between 60K-120K/year. Part base salary/part commissions. The average amount of new leads per day is between 8-20 and will constitute a good part of your overall salary. Your ability to generate bonuses/close sales will be directly linked to the quality of your customer service & sales skills and / or to your ability to learn fast.
Northern Saunas specializes in the design, production and distribution of saunas, cold plunges & hot tubs both for residential and commercial locations. Our main mission is to transform the lives of our customers making them healthier, happier & stronger through regular saunas use.
**What does a normal day looks like as sales rep at Northern Saunas**:
- Answering incoming phone calls from potential customers, answer their questions, understand their needs and close some sales.
- Responding to inquiries from potential customers done through online chat on our website. Being VERY responsive when a lead presents itself on the web chat. A lot of sales are closed that way.
- Follow up via SMS with leads, use SMS as a mean to close deals. Always in a non invasive & respectful way of course.
- Drinking a few shots of espresso and pump out a few burpees in between calls.

**Northern Saunas** recherche un Agent Représentant des Ventes Internes à temps plein pour rejoindre son équipe en pleine croissance. La personne recrutée sera bilingue, axée sur les résultats, pro-active, curieuse, vive d'esprit, adaptable, éloquente avec d'excellentes compétences d'écoute.

**Northern Saunas** se spécialise dans la conception, la production et la distribution de saunas, de bains froids & de bains chauds, tant pour les résidences que pour les lieux commerciaux. Notre mission principale est de transformer la vie de nos clients en les rendant plus en santé et heureux grâce à l'utilisation régulière des saunas, bains froids et jacuzzi.
**À quoi ressemble la journée en tant que représentant des ventes internes chez Northern Saunas**:
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques entrants de clients potentiels, répondre à leurs questions, comprendre leurs besoins et "closer" des ventes.
- Répondre aux demandes de clients potentiels via le chat en ligne sur notre site Web. Être TRÈS réactif lorsqu'un lead se présente sur le chat web. Beaucoup de ventes sont conclues de cette façon.
- Effectuez un suivi par SMS auprès des prospects, utilisez les SMS comme moyen de conclure des transactions. Toujours de manière non invasive et respectueuse bien sûr.
- Boire quelques shots d’espresso et faire quelques burpees entre les appels.
