**As a Manager, Technical Learning Programs & Strategy your responsibilities will include**:
- Manage a team of highly-skilled, creative, and passionate Learning Experience Designers to ensure their work aligns with our vision and strategy, meets or exceeds our L&D standards, aligns with business needs and expectations, and helps our colleagues thrive
- Have a strong internal consulting focus, acting as a thought leader and advocate for the development and delivery of industry-leading learning solutions that will enable our business units and service lines to achieve their strategic goals
- Assess current performance gaps and learning needs, and collaborate with other learning professionals to implement creative, industry-leading learning solutions
- Provide value-added professional advice to business partners for enhancing business results and employee effectiveness through learning
- Occasionally develop methods and materials for learning interventions including, but not limited to, ILT, workshops, conferences, e-Learning and job aids as needed
- Build and manage multi-year, multi-project plans to align with annual budgets, and balance competing priorities
- Manage learning design and delivery to meet timelines and budgets
- Tackle various projects related to learning and development, as required

**Think you’ve got what it takes to be a Manager, Technical Learning Programs & Strategy? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick**:
- Completed post-secondary education, professional certification or equivalent experience in Accounting, Learning and Development / Instructional Design or a related field - CTDP Designation would be an asset
- 7+ years’ experience in adult learning or management/performance consulting
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build relationships with and influence individuals from all areas, role levels and functions in the firm
- Have strong consultative skills, are very creative and agile, and possess excellent SME and stakeholder interviewing skills
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering best-in-class on-line/e-learning courses and in-person development solutions
- Have solid knowledge and experience of course development software, such as Articulate/Storyline and at least one Learning Management System
- Have strengths in working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively & successfully under pressure
- Have experience in basic project management and client relationship management
- Can share samples of your work during the interview process, if requested
- May have additional assets such as experience with graphic media tools, video, animation/motion graphics and simulations; background in/knowledge of Accounting practices; certifications/experience in Design Thinking, Change Management, Project Management, Lean/Six Sigma
