**About this opportunity**:
We are looking for a Technical **Program Manager **with strong skill and experience managing delivery of complex programs. This role requires the understanding of Product domain and work with Product Architecture team and QA team on validation scope.

The Program Manager leads all aspects of governance and strategy as you work to deliver solutions working together with teams across geographies. We are searching for a motivated and innovative leader with a strong background in technology and the skills to handle large-scale technical product development.

**What you will do**:

- Technical management, coordination and synchronization of the sub-project managers in the diverse sub-projects
- Working closely with Test Architect and execution teams to plan the deliveries, and drive Product validation scope
- Manage overall collaborate with stakeholders such as architecture and development teams, customer units, Operation & Support team.
- Manage release projects execution: supervise and reporting, conflicts, and critical issues, change management, risk management, dependency management.
- Secure and maintain communication both within matrix organization, including reporting progress, status and follow-up of activities and results.
- Reports progress using Program tools (e.g. JIRA, Burndown, Bug Tracker, Requirement Planner etc.)
- Ensures delivery on commitments, with quality, on time and takes corrective action if off track.
- Facilitates release planning with the teams, ensuring the release planning inputs and outputs are of high quality and communicates the expectations on teams in advance of the session.
- Runs Risk Management sessions with the teams and maintains a risk register on actions taken to continuously manage the risks.
- Supports the teams with the removal of external impediments that cannot be resolved by the team.
- Facilitate scheduling/planning/dependency management

**You will bring**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field or equivalent experience
- An engineering background with solid experience as a technical lead, system architect, or technical project/program manager.
- Ability to test and comprehend workflows in complex architectures - heavily integrated, multiple databases, message queueing systems, using distributed and local caching, etc.
- Strong programming, scripting, testing and debugging skills
- Experience in Telecom domain is plus
- Excellent understanding of cloud native test strategy and how staging operations contribute to fast feedback.
- Excellent understanding of Testing methodologies
- Solid critical thinking AND investigation capabilities.
- Excellent communications skills, be it at executive level or discussing technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
- Ability to mentor, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations.
- Demonstrated ability in handling complex product development programs throughout their complete lifecycle is highly desirable.
- Lead by example and set appropriate standards of behavior through principled integrity. By clarity, listening and ability to empower and encourage people with empathy and humanness.
- Thrive on accountability, overcoming challenges with a can-do attitude.
