**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage Google / Digital Ads campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and adjust bids to maximize the return on investment (ROI).
- Perform daily account management of pay-per-click (PPC) accounts on Google / Digital Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns.
- Write compelling and concise ad copy.
- Manage and optimize display and search campaigns.
- Track and report on key metrics such as conversions, cost-per-click (CPC), and click-through rate (CTR).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in PPC and digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Google / Digital Ads Specialist or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Google / Digital Ads, including search, display, video, and shopping campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent understanding of conversion tracking and optimization.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Ability to write effective ad copy and develop creative assets.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Google Ads certification is preferred.
- Experience with other digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $21.56-$38.13 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
