As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will ensure operational excellence in the delivery of clinic services by consistently executing systems, structures, and processes to support superior business performance. You will work closely with the CEO to fulfill administrative tasks

**Main Responsibilities**
- Maintain work schedules and calendars of executive management, particularly the CEO/President.
- Project management responsibilities such as helping with implementation of Mobile Clinic, Travel Clinic, etc.
- Review all documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for executive signatures for format, content, grammar, spelling and make edits as necessary
- Create or use available resources (reports, tracking tools) to identify gaps in operational execution, while working closely with the designated Manager and administrative staff to action process improvements
- Successfully establish and execute plans to ensure office efficiency and effective operational and financial controls for optimal cash management.
- Prepare and review presentations
- Grant writing to support revenue generation
- Coordinate office activities.
- Ensure all administrative team members, students and volunteers clearly understand their roles and receive the technical skills training required to meet or exceed expectations
- Support the CEO in engagement initiatives, including team huddles.
- Management of physician schedules
- Assist the CEO with other tasks as required
- Manage social media accounts and strategy development

**Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, Executive Assistant, or relevant discipline, required.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in administration
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices.
- Prior experience in a medical office strongly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Prior experience in a supervisor/leadership role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and team-building abilities
- Excellent self-management, planning, scheduling, and organizational skills
- Commitment to organizational and operational efficiency with an innate desire to help others

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
