We are currently seeking a dynamic and hands-on professional to join our team as a **Subprime Sales and Finance Manager**.

The **Subprime Sales and Finance Manager** plays a pivotal role in identifying and assessing customers' funding needs, collaborating with our network leaders to secure approvals, and assisting customers in selecting vehicles from our inventory. This role demands exceptional phone communication skills and the ability to guide customers effectively through the sales process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diligently manage the sales pipeline
- Source and select suitable funding options for customers
- Negotiate payment terms and financing arrangements following credit approvals
- Prepare sales orders for review for the underwriter
- Acquire expertise in merchant financing to maximize gross profits
- Focus on serving subprime customers effectively
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed within specified deadlines
- Aim to make 250 phone calls a day
- Solicit customer feedback and online reviews
- Perform any other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in phone sales
- Demonstrated work ethic and a determined, results-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Basic understanding of financial concepts, loans, and risk
- Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
