Heartwood Renovations is seeking An Office Adminstrator to cover a Maternity Leave. Heartwood Renovations offers competitive wages, in addition to a paid group benefit package. We are looking for an individual who is eager and excited about working for a company with a focus on quality and customer service, that can assist us in achieving our project goals.
The Office Administrator plays a fundamental role in the day-today business dealings at Heartwood Renovations.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Respond to all client inquires
- Vetting all prospective projects
- Coordinate, schedule and assign initial site meetings with Sales Team
- Prepare weekly upcoming presentations document
- Professionally answer phone calls
- Greet clients upon entry of showroom
- Maintain showroom appearance
- Administrative tasks
- Maintain calendar
- Maintain efficiency within office by establishing best policies, standards and
procedures for the company
- Update projects list monthly and forward to team
- Coordinate and order all office supplies
- Coordinate and organize all company events
- Coordinating/scheduling completed project photos
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
- Liaison for IT-related systems/software to ensure they are running efficiently

**Requirements**:
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Self-motivated
- 2- years Construction Knowledge (preferred)
- Time Management skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-pace environment
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using BuilderTrend
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
