Here's how you'll be involved
- Create a digital support strategy for end users
- Develop high quality public-facing materials to facilitate workshops (work products, deliverables, dashboards, videos)
- Create and analyze results on user behavior in the face of change
- Track change impacts, mitigation measures and knowledge transfer plans, which will be developed by the team and require follow-ups
- Participate in the search for solutions, the creation of documentation, and the organization and facilitation of workshops

Your experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in creating online training videos
- Experience in facilitating training workshops
- Must be familiar with MS Office Suit and digital tools
- Interpersonal and results-oriented communication skills

You stand out for
- Ability to analyze and synthesize
- Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be collaborating with resources outside the province of Quebec (if applicable, otherwise remove).
