**What can I expect to do in this role?**: You will:

- prepare correspondence, memos, meeting minutes, and various reports and spreadsheets
- coordinate time management activities of the Senior Manager, including managing an Outlook calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, presentations and events
- coordinate large meetings and stakeholder events
- provide administrative and clerical support for the unit, including processing invoices and expense claims, records management, tracking and maintaining branch equipment/assets, and managing incoming and outgoing mail

**How do I qualify?**:
**Administrative and Computer Skills**:

- You know administrative protocols and procedures to provide support to the Senior Manager and Regional Managers with mínimal direction.
- You know financial administrative guidelines related to reconciling and processing p-cards and invoices.
- You can use various software programs (word processing, graphics, spreadsheets and databases) to produce accurate, formatted reports, correspondence, presentations, charts, tables, and other documents.

**Organizational and Prioritization Skills**:

- You can determine work priorities when facing conflicting demands and deadlines.
- You have good organization skills to manage incoming correspondence and various administrative tasks.

**Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**:

- You have analytical and problem-solving skills to determine how to respond to queries, how to prepare suitable documents/reports/presentations, and how to manage conflicts in the Senior Manager's calendar.

**Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:

- You have communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with staff across the branch.
- You have good written communication skills to prepare clear, accurate correspondence, reports, etc.
