IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES (ISR)

**LOCATION**: Greater Toronto Area. Work from home or work from our corporate office in Toronto.

**Position Summary**

**Key Areas of Responsibility**

**Customer/Prospect Management and Retention**
- Receive and process sales orders
- Maintain records of all activities and opportunities in the company CRM system
- Schedule and confirm meetings and demonstrations for existing customers/prospects on behalf of the Regional Sales Manager(s)
- Follow up on requests from the Regional Sales Managers to help support business as needed
- Be fully conversant with products and services offered

**Trade Shows/ Conferences**
- Assist with pre-show calls and marketing materials
- Attend trade shows when assigned by management (infrequent)
- Assist with follow up calls to trade show visitors and interested prospects

**Core Competencies**

**Skills Required**:

- Relevant work experience in sales and telemarketing with 1-3 years of phone sales experience
- Effortlessly handle both inbound and a high level of outbound calls
- Work with multiple verticals to place quotes, create sales orders, manage needs or issues that may arise through the sales process
- Proficiency in typing, grammar, electronic communication and written notetaking
- Minimum of Associates or Bachelor’s degree required

- Meet given KPIs around sales actions, activities, responsibilities
- Provide efforts to exceed sales goals and growth expectations of the company
- Self-manage required working hours during the day to handle required expectations

**Compensation**

Base (bi-monthly) + Commission (monthly)

There is no limit on commissions. It is commensurate with sales growth of your territory.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
