**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales to lead our enterprise sales efforts. This role is integral to the senior leadership team and will focus on driving sales growth within financial institutions, with a preference for expertise in RESL (Real Estate Secured Lending) or Retail lending. This high-impact sales position is instrumental in achieving our revenue goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy targeting financial institutions to drive revenue growth.
- Market Penetration: Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities within the RESL and Retail lending sectors, expanding FundMore.ai’s market presence.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in financial institutions to facilitate long-term business partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure sales strategies align with overall company objectives and mission.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Product Feedback: Gather and utilize customer feedback to inform and refine sales tactics, ensuring that product offerings meet market demands.
- Event Representation: Represent FundMore.ai at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, effectively showcasing our solutions and capabilities.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the executive team, enabling informed strategic decision-making.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of FundMore.ai’s products, the mortgage lending industry, and technological advancements to effectively position our solutions.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive and integrated efforts toward achieving sales goals.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead complex contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
- Sales Tools Management: Utilize and manage sales tools and technologies to streamline the sales process and enhance productivity.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales experience within financial institutions, with a strong preference for expertise in RESL or Retail lending.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated self-starter, capable of working independently and driving results.
- Familiarity with the latest technology trends in fintech, particularly in AI and Web 3.0, is highly desirable.
**Compensation**:
The pay range for this position is $248K to $581K per year, including On-Target Earnings (OTE) which comprise base salary plus commissions. This range represents the expected minimum and maximum compensation for new hires, determined by the role, level, and location. Actual pay will depend on various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, and education/training.
