**About the Position**
Purple Sales Solutions, a Canadian Company, is looking for an Accounting and bookkeeping Specialist with Accounting knowledge and who is entirely comfortable with QuickBooks Online Accounting and Payroll. This role will be integral to building Purple Sales' internal operations, policies, and procedures.
Currently, we require assistance with the following tasks:
**Accounting/Bookkeeping & Payroll for Canada**:
- Maintaining
- Daily Accounting records
- Monthly P&L & annual balance sheet
- Generating ad hoc financial reports
- Generating accounting reports as requested
- Responding to inquiries regarding A/P & A/R
- Timely client invoicing/vendor payments
- Account receivable management
- Payroll management & contractor invoice management
- Generating Tax documents such as T4, T4A, T2, GST/HST
**Sales Administration**:
- Update sales agent activity reports
- Preparation of Sales proposals and contracts for new/existing clients
- Other data entry
- Document management & organization

**Qualifications/Skills Requirements**:
- At least one year of experience using Quickbooks Online Accounting & Payroll
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Practical written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong accuracy and great sense of the details
**Tools knowledge requirements**:
- Quickbooks Online (Accounting & Payroll)
- Excel, Outlook
- HR Management
- Timesheet management
Job type: Part-time,
Eligible to work long-term in Canada and can commit to a full-time position after the three-month probation period.
