**Position summary**
The Center for Precision Psychiatry is seeking a clinical research coordinator to collaborate on our mental health biobank project. We are collecting clinical and biological data from patients undergoing psychiatric treatment to make them available through open science.

**General Duties**
The clinical research coordinator will be responsible for supporting the project manager in the collection and dissemination of data. This includes:

- Assists in the planning and organization of the research project,
- Recruits and monitors patients for the study,
- Obtains consent from patients to participate in research projects,
- Conducts standardized clinical interviews with patients,
- Ensures the quality of collected biological and clinical data,
- Performs data entry,
- Reviews patient charts,
- Drafts research documents for various audiences (researchers, participants, clinicians and research team),
- Participates in the extraction of clinical-administrative data,
- Maintains good relations with clinicians,
- Performs other tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Education: Diploma of College Studies (DEC)

Field of Study: Psychology or related field

Work Experience: Previous experience in research and/or counseling is an asset

- Excellent French and English, spoken and written,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work independently or with teams with minimum supervision,
- Demonstrate diplomacy, discretion and good judgment.

**Additional information**

**Status**: Temporary Part-Time, 14 hours per week
**Pay Scale**: $23.22 to $43.11 per hour, commensurate with education & work experience
**Work Shift**: Flexible, during the day, adapted to school schedule
**Work Site**: Allan Memorial Institute
