Clinical research coordinators will be working under the direction of the Principal Investigator, responsible for supporting the successful conduct of clinical trials in the Radiation-Oncology department. The tasks will include:

- Conduct informed consent process with participants, answering their questions related to the study.
- Chart review, maintain precise documentation and schedule the study procedures.
- Collect and enter data (CRF and questionnaires) as required by the protocol and maintain the data completeness and accuracy.
- Build coordination between participants and medical team. Follow active participants as per protocol.
- Assist in the development of ICFs, questionnaires, and editing protocols for new studies.
- Conduct other related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Keep an electronic and physical records of communications
- Maintain physical records of clinical trials (regulatory binders) up-to-date
- Coordinating meetings
- Collaborates with the PI and department to prepare a categorized budget and justification. Assists the PI in study feasibility assessments as requested.
- Prepare and submit documents Institutional Ethics Committee for new and ongoing protocols

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual: French and English (oral and written)
- Education: minimum BSc or health related work experience
- Highly motivated, organized and proactive personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to take initiative, set priorities, time-manage and resolve problems
- Ability to work in a team and comfortable working autonomously
- Ability to communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team in a health care setting
- Computer skills: Excel and WORD are a requirement

This position will be under a 3-year contract after a 3-month probation period.

Salary range: $ 22.62/hour to $ 30.65/hour+ benefits. Salary will be based on education level and pertinent experience.
