**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Post-secondary clerical training required. Medical terminology required. Minimum 60 wpm required, test at interview provided. Minimum 1 year database entry and 1 year of recent continuous clerical experience in a health care setting is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Computer training: Word, Excel, Access, Tandem, NetCare and Connect Care preferred. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to cope in stressful situations. Equivalent combination of education and or/experience may be required.
