Responsibilities:

- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Manage and maintain office files, documents, and records
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain and manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Light housekeeping to maintain a tidy office

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills with 5+ years office experience (or similar setting) & a strong capability to work independently
- Proficient in filing, invoicing, time sheet management
- Knowledge of payroll processes and systems is an asset
- Familiarity with phone systems and call handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to assist teams with work orders and oversee travel accommodations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with Quickbooks accounting software.
