**About the Role**:
Sezzle is looking for an ambitious intern for our Merchant Experience Team. This role will be working with our merchant partners to ensure onboarding, great communication and overall great merchant experience

**Key Role Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming inquiries from our partnered merchants via phone and Salesforce cases.
- Assisting management with tasks and projects as assigned.
- Assisting in hitting our Rocks and goals for each quarter.
- Be an ambassador for Sezzle and our partnered merchants.
- Assist in assigned data analysis to ensure optimization of merchant KPIs.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Sezzle internships are up to 40 hours per week.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of coursework completed (Junior)

**Preferred Knowledge & Skills**:

- Great communication skills.
- Experience with Business to Business interaction.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Preferred GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale
