The Child Development Facilitators will support the Childcare Lead in the creation and implementation of a high-quality Childcare Program. Facilitators are responsible for the daily implementation of programming strategies and supports to benefit the children in the program, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records for the children, as determined by the Program Coordinator.

The Child Development Facilitators will create a variety of developmentally appropriate structured and unstructured learning experiences for children, and will employ a multitude of teaching approaches to support children in developing their skills and understanding. As appropriate, the Facilitators will also support children through their daily self-help routines including dressing, toileting and feeding.

The Child Development Facilitators will share direct responsibility for the safety of the children in the Centre and will contribute to ensuring the children’s safety by developing safe play spaces inside the daycare and in our outside play area.

In order to apply, you must possess the following minimum qualifications:

- Valid Early Childhood Development Level 1, 2, or 3 Certification top ups available depending on your level.
- 1+ years experience supporting children with special learning needs
- Valid Criminal Record Check, including vulnerable sector
- Valid Child Intervention Check
- Current Standard First Aid Level CPR- C Certification

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 26.25 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 26.25 per week
