**Description**

**Key Job Elements**
- Responsible for leading Government Property (GP) Operations related activities for the US Customer/s
- Responsible for tactical management and disposition of all US Customer GP (material - equipment furnished / loaned) on contract within GDLS-C across all locations, including field failure analysis
- Responsible for the execution of GP (GFM / GFE / loan asset) sin support of contractual obligations, FAR regulations and Customer requests. Receipt, records management, consumption and disposition through to destruction of Customer owned property
- Responsible for procedural work instructions creation, implementation and maintenance
- Support with Leadership the review of proposals containing GP language in the Terms and Conditions for SME input
- Monitor, control and report on schedules for the delivery of Customer material for Operations US Customer
- Monitor and assist with the induction, disposition and disposal of scrap and discrepant US Customer GP material
- Provide required GP internal and external management reports for US Customer GP (GFM / GFE / loan asset) CDRL's, LTDD's, PQDR's where required
- Interact with all levels within GDLS-C and across departments on GP Operations matters
- Liaise with GP Compliance on direction of US Customer GP within GDLS-C departments
- Ability to manage assets and yourself within Customer specific government property compliance requirements, such as FARS and DFAR's, contracts, internal procedures and to ensure adherence to compliance regulations

**Required Qualifications**
- University degree or college diploma
- Experience in GP / Contractor Property Management
- Demonstrated ability to interpret contracts and legislation
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle ERP or equivalent ERP systems
- Demonstrated ability to deliver business requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills

As such, successful applicants must meet all applicable security requirements, including, but not limited to, the ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance to secret level.
