As an experienced planner yourself, you will be hands-on planning and fulfilling strategies on behalf of our clients.
To be successful in this role you will LOVE to plan. Like an engineer, when faced with a complex situation involving many factors, you enjoy managing all variables, aligning and realigning them until you are sure you have arranged them in the most effective way possible.

2+ years working in a leadership role with direct reports

Building relationships with **clients**, by developing trust and mutual respect, plus having the knowledge to explain which marketing mix best reaches the desired audience.
Relationship building with **vendors and suppliers** by treating them as equal partners in success, in turn gaining a level of respect that results in suppliers wanting to find ways to exceed your expectations.
Relationship building with your **coworkers**, in the office or remote, a mutual admiration for what each person brings to their role.
**Who loves this type of work**
Relationship builder. You thrive in a workplace where friendships are encouraged. It’s important for you to work at a place where the character and personality of others are valued, rather than their status or job title.
Analytical. You like to let the data tell the story. It’s never just wishful thinking, outcomes are real and measurable.
Strategic. You see patterns where others see complexity. After careful review, analysis and planning, you move forward confidently and swiftly.
**This role is located in Regina, SK.**
