The role of Territory Account Manager is your opportunity to develop your own following and demonstrate profitable growth within Eastern Canada. You are selling OEM equivalent upgrade and services solutions through our reseller and distribution network. You'll leverage your outstanding sales abilities and relationship-building skills as you build and nurture relationships with existing customers and develop new partnerships. **As the Territory Account Manager
- Canada, your key responsibilities will include**:
- Deliver profitable revenue/margin growth within the assigned territory.
- Develop channel partner relationships with existing VARs, National Service Providers and distributors, and work to identify new business through cold calls, conferences and other events, and online resources, etc.
- Plan, engage, market and sell Axiom products to targeted accounts within the assigned territory.
- Identify areas of business opportunities inside each reseller account.
- Present and train reseller management and reps on Axiom product offerings, product knowledge, and programs.
- Attend regional Distribution and VAR shows.
- Identify new prospects and develop account plans.
- Work directly with channel customers building relationships.
- Cultivate business within assigned strategic accounts.
- You’ll spend approximately 50% of your time supporting existing business and 50% pursuing new business.
- Achieve and over exceed all assigned goals and metrics.
Pivotal to your success and the success of the team will be your ability to promote the Axiom brand. In addition to your key objectives, you will work to promote Axiom at marketing and other events in the field. At times that will mean working with C-Suite decision-makers and key stakeholders, individually and with team members.
**To be a good fit for this role, you will have**:
- 3 - 5 years of inside or outside sales experience demonstrating a progressive desire and success.
- Experience building and sustaining relationships across levels and titles.
- Access to a home office and the ability to remain motivated with mínimal supervision.
- The ability to foster relationships and connections over the phone.
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience and accountability for using a CRM, and the ability to easily learn new technology.
