**Overview**

We are looking for a Property Manager in Saskatoon - a professional responsible for the efficient management of **residential and commercial properties**. Their primary goal is to **maximize asset value**, ensure tenant satisfaction, and optimize revenue.

**Responsibilities**
- **Property Management**:

- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, coordinating maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Inspect properties regularly to ensure they meet safety and maintenance standards.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly.
- **Leasing and Contracts**:

- Coordinate and assist in negotiating lease agreements and contracts with contractors in a timely manner.
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract potential tenants.
- Collect receivable accounts and analyze and manage operating expense budgets.
- **Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances.
- Monitor financial performance, assess trends, and report periodically.
- Oversee properties’ personnel and evaluate their performance.
- **Customer Service and Communication**:

- Maintain open communication with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.

**Requirements and Skills**
- **Proven Work Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Property Manager is preferred, however, we would provide training to those who have transferable skills from other industries.
- **Property Management Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with property management principles, including financial aspects.
- **Regulatory Understanding**:

- In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations related to property management.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases/software.
- We will provide training in our property management and accounting software.
- **Customer Focus**:

- Prioritize tenant satisfaction and respond to their needs.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Well-organized with excellent time management.
- **Real Estate License**:

- Valid real estate agent/broker license would be an asset.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary certificate in a related field, or qualification by experience.

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
