Job Summary:
Baydo-SK Asset Management Inc. is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing residential properties. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth leasing process.

**Duties**:

- Handle leasing inquiries, answer rental/leasing calls, set up viewing appointments
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available units
- Prepare lease agreements and review them with tenants, ensuring all terms and conditions are understood
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Respond to tenant inquiries and address any concerns or maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance activities in Yardi

**Skills**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication practices
- Familiarity with Yardi property management software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to understand and speak a second language is an asset
- Must be a team player, respect and work well with a diversified team

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
