Sales Development Representative

We are the exclusive designer, manufacturer and distributor of some of the most recognized brands in the industry, including: Red Eye Glass, GEAR Premium, Cheech & Chong Glass, Red Eye Tek, LIT Silicone, iRie and Retro Glass.
Continually growing and expanding, we now offer an exciting opportunity for a confident and motivated person to join our sales team in the role of Sales Development Representative. This dynamic sales development position is responsible for growing West Coast Gifts business within the cannabis dispensary and smoke shop channels. We offer a competitive compensation package including a monthly bonus pay structure, with unlimited earning potential to recognize and reward strong performance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilizes prospective customer lists by making outbound calls every day.
- Has a strong work ethic and is eager to learn and make new connections with prospects (cannabis dispensary and smoke shop managers/owners).
- Creates and effectively communicates compelling value proposals to potential customers.
- Handle the entire inside sales process from proposal to close.
- Converts lead into sales.
- Consistently hits the target of 30 new door openings per month.
- Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status.
- Responds to and resolve customer inquiries timely and effective.
- Participates in daily team meetings and all training sessions.
**Qualifications**:
- Prior sales development experience, specifically in the B2B segment.
- Cannabis knowledge is preferred; passion is required.
- Experience using Google and MS Office preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident and poised in interactions, with strong deal-closing abilities.
- The desire for continuous learning and growth.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability with a self-motivated attitude.
