Sales Development Representative

**Job Description Summary**:
Reporting to the Sales Development Representative Manager, the Sales Development Representative is responsible for handling incoming customer interactions such as LiveChats, incoming phone calls, market qualified leads and providing an excellent customer experience.
Working with the Sales team, the Sales Development Representative will help grow revenue streams by connecting qualified leads and contacts to the appropriate territory sales representative.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Engage with and support prospective customers via our online chat platform
- Provide excellent customer service by following through with prompt solutions to all customer inquiries
- Rigorously document communications and keep up to date the customer relationship management (CRM) database
- Contribute to team and departmental initiatives outside of day-to-day activities
**Qualifications**
- BSc with 0 to 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Science-based education with experiences that have an emphasis on active listening, self-direction, building customer relationships, timely follow up, strong communication, and teamwork.
