**The Opportunity**

ZucoraHome is searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our
Finance Team. This important role will be primarily responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoicing and payments on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This position would be ideal for an well organized, detail oriented individual who possesses a positive attitude and strong communication skills. This is a hybrid-location position that offers flexible remote from home and office-location processing of deposits and other activities at our London Home Office.

**As a ZucoraHome Accounts Receivable Coordinatior you will be responsible for**:

- Daily, weekly and monthly data entry of a large volume of invoices
- Record, prepare and process bank and credit card deposits
- Track and receive payments for customer invoices, answer queries on accounts and resolve any disputed amounts.
- Generate billing and collection reports
- Monitor aging reports and initiate contact to accounts with upcoming or past-due balances to confirm or arrange for payment.
- Handle questions and provide responses to all accounts receivable related information requests
- Maintain files and documentation with attention to detail, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Ability to be proactive, firm and positive while communicating regarding collections
- Communicate with employees, retail partners and sales team as needed
- Process bank deposits from Home Office location (London, ON)
- Special Project work as assigned

**You are an individual who**:

- Has knowledge of Accounts Receivable functions
- Is eager to learn new systems and adjust to change in processes with ease
- Demonstrates strong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail
- Has the ability to handle high volumes with mínimal supervision
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

**Qualifications and Nice to Have Skills**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma or relevant certification; combination related experience (2 years) and education acceptable
- Hands on experience with Excel and accounting software
- Aptitude for numbers
- Must be located in London, ON
