**The Position**

Reporting to the General Manager and Manager of Human Resources, this position will play a key administrative role for our office located in Abbotsford, British Columbia.

**Responsibilities**
- Participate and Assist Managers with recruitment and selection process
- Participate with the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Provide administrative support to managers and Human Resources department as required
- Support Human Resource Director/Manager with all transactional HR functions and special projects
- Prepare materials for new employee orientation sessions, staff development, and other employee communications, as assigned
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate employee personnel files in their proper locations
- Administer and organize social events
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Post Secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources Management
- Proficiency with UKG software desirable
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- 1-3 years' Human Resources experience.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work well under pressure, individually and as part of a team.
- Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
