Executive Assistant

**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to the team by handling various tasks such as proofreading documents, data entry, and transcribing meeting notes.
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person.

**Requirements**:
- Must have administrative real estate experience
- Must be available to work in office
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
