We are a dynamic and fast-paced sushi restaurant, seeking an experienced Executive Chef Supervisor to lead our culinary team.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between $55,000 to $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

As an Executive Chef Supervisor at Sakura Sushi, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring Staff Performance: Ensure that all staff members are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Planning Daily Operations: Develop and implement effective plans to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the kitchen.
  • Recruiting and Supervising Staff: Recruit and supervise a team of chefs and kitchen assistants to ensure that they are performing their duties to the best of their abilities.
  • Negotiating with Suppliers: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for ingredients and equipment.
  • Providing Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
