*Job Summary* As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes served. Your culinary expertise and leadership skills will be crucial in maintaining high standards of food preparation and service. *Duties* - Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities - Create innovative menu items and specials - Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other employees - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards - Manage inventory levels and control food costs - Train new kitchen employees on proper cooking techniques and procedures - Collaborate with restaurant management to develop seasonal menus *Qualifications* - Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role - Extensive knowledge of food service and preparation techniques - Strong leadership and team management skills - Understanding of food safety practices - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience in bartending is a plus - Excellent communication and organizational skills Join our team as a Head Chef to showcase your culinary talents, lead a dedicated kitchen team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
