**The Role**

Cineflix is currently looking to fill the role of Manager, Development and Production Administration on a full-time basis, based in Toronto, on a hybrid in-office schedule. Reporting to the Production Executive, the Manager, Development and Production Administration will manage administration across current, past, and future productions, act as the main information center for all shows produced by Cineflix Productions and act as a centralized point of contact, and interdepartmental liaison across Production and various departments including Finance, Certification, and Business and Legal Affairs.

***Responsibilities**

**Leadership and Direct Reports**:

- Manage and provide leadership and oversee the work of the Development and Production Administration Assistant.
- Train and manage all Document Coordinators on “Movie of the Week” Productions.

**Development**:

- Manage Development Shoots for US and Canadian teams.
- Handle payroll preparation for Unscripted & Scripted Employees in the US and Canada and oversee Development Payments and Invoices and coordinate with Finance for invoice processing.

**Production Administration**:

- Serve as a first point of contact for all Cineflix Productions
- Onboard Production Managers and Coordinators regarding Cineflix processes and support through lifetime of the production.
- Update and distribute weekly reports on all production schedules and deliveries.
- Analyze Broadcaster Contracts, prepare lists of deliverables and coordinate with productions, support departments and Production Administration to ensure their accurate and timely upload to broadcaster portals.

**Staffing and Immigration**:

- Post job listings, create shortlists, and arrange occasional role hirings.

**Administrative/Support Tasks**:

- Assist EVP Production Administration and Production Executive as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong Administrative Management Experience and experience leading teams/supervising direct reports.
- Knowledge of Signatory Applications for Canadian Film & Television Production Unions.
- Understanding of contracts for Television and Film.
- Experience in payroll processing and submission.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Television Development & Production in Canada.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and punctual.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- High proficiency in Mac and Microsoft Office; experience with Teams and Digital Signing Portals.
