**Job Description** Talent Acquisition Coordinator**

Location**:Fairmont Chateau Whistler (On-site)

**Salary Range**:
$53,000 - $56,000 per annum, dependent on experience

**Job Duties Include**:

- Being responsible for the full, end-to-end recruitment process for all roles
- Building relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs
- Manage and oversee all new starter documentation ensuring legal compliance
- Taking ownership of recruitment-related projects including student placements, referrals and background checks
- Regular reporting on hiring statistics for the hotel

**Qualifications**
- Previous recruitment or administrative experience is required
- Proficiency in all forms of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. SmartRecruiters)
